Process
Media & method
Many of Shane's collections are influenced by technology. Motherboards merges the information age with found-object sculpture. Cubist Contours borrow from the rhythmic aesthetic of circuit boards — and something of string theory in every line. Horizons distills sky and earth to a single line — beneath the simplicity, cubist and scientific principles at play. Portraits honor the icons who shaped us.
