Shipping & Returns

Where we ship

Shane Bouchard Studio currently ships within the United States. Each piece is packed and shipped from Orlando, Florida.

Processing & shipping times

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days of purchase. Larger works, including 36×48 originals and the Motherboards series, may take up to 7 business days to pack and crate properly. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your piece is on its way.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size of your piece:

  • •Cubist Contours prints (8.5×11) — $10
  • •Cubist Contours prints (16×20) — $20, rolled in a protective tube
  • •Small originals (8×10 and under) — $25
  • •Medium originals (12×9 to 18×24) — $40
  • •Large Motherboards and 36×48 paintings — shipping included
  • •Local pickup in Orlando, FL — free (contact before ordering to arrange)

How pieces are packed

Every original is wrapped in acid-free glassine, supported by corner protectors and rigid backing, and packed in a double-walled shipping box sized for that specific piece. Statement pieces (36×48 originals and large Motherboards) ship via UPS Ground with signature confirmation and full declared-value insurance.

Prints ship rolled in rigid tubes with foam end caps. Rolled prints uncurl naturally within one to two days — if you’re planning to frame immediately, weighting the print overnight between two sheets of clean paper helps it lie flat.

Damage in transit

Each piece is insured for its full value. If your work arrives damaged:

  1. Photograph the packaging and the piece before unpacking further.
  2. Email bouchard.shane@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Keep all packaging materials until the claim is resolved.

I’ll either repair, replace, or refund the piece — your choice.

Returns

Because each work is original and one of a kind, all sales are final. The only exception is damage in transit, which is covered above.

Prints are produced to order and also final sale.

Licensing & usage

Purchase of an original grants physical ownership only. Copyright and all reproduction rights remain with the artist.

International shipping

Not currently available. If you’re outside the US and interested in a piece, please contact the studio — limited international shipping is sometimes possible for larger works on a quote basis.
